This past week has been really interesting. Tuesday night I stayed up all night to take one of my beloved students to the airport at three thirty in the morning. (By the end of Tuesday all of the students have officially left the campus. Some will be back for further education in a few months though, I am so excited!) I ended up only getting maybe three hours of sleep all night. That includes the nap I took when I got back! Then that evening I went to an after school program and I spoke on Colombia. The children were so fascinated! It was a lot of fun being able to bless the children and the workers with the stories that I had. Then on Thursday and Friday me and the rest of the guys on base dug a trench around the backside of the Building we call 'Boardwalk' because it had flooded with the mild thunderstorm the base received Monday afternoon. It was quite funny to see everyone react to the thunderstorm. Some panicked, but most decided to take a break from work to run and play in the rain. 

Anyways in just three short days I will be traveling back home to Ohio for three weeks! Hope to see everyone soon.

Esta semana pasada ha sido muy interesante. Martes por la noche me quedé despierto toda la noche para tener una de mi amado a los estudiantes en el aeropuerto de tres y treinta de la mañana. (Al final del martes, todos los estudiantes han abandonado oficialmente la escuela. Algunos estarán de vuelta para la educación superior dentro de unos meses, sin embargo, estoy tan emocionada!) Terminé obteniendo tal vez sólo tres horas de dormir toda la noche. Que incluye la siesta tomé cuando llegué de vuelta! Entonces esa noche fui a un programa después de la escuela y hablé sobre Colombia. Los niños estaban tan fascinados! Era muy divertido ser capaz de bendecir a los niños y los trabajadores con las historias que he tenido. A continuación, el jueves y el viernes yo y el resto de los chicos en base excavó una zanja alrededor de la parte posterior del edificio que llamamos' Boardwalk "porque había inundado con la tormenta de la base leve recibido el lunes por la tarde. Era muy divertido ver a todo el mundo reacciona ante la tormenta. Algunos pánico, pero la mayoría decidió tomar un descanso del trabajo para correr y jugar bajo la lluvia. 
De todas formas en sólo tres breves días estará viajando de regreso a Ohio durante tres semanas! Esperamos que pronto todo el mundo.
