Wow, time just flies by doesn't it. Well, the team and I have less than two weeks left before outreach. On the 30th, I will lead the team into Russia, and we will start our ministry off in St. Petersburg. Be will be there through the 23rd, and then we will move onto the next location, Novgorod, where we will be helping pioneer the YWAM base there. We will the leave for Perm on the 13th of January, and be there through the 11th of February. Our final three days in Russia, we will spend in the capital city of Moscow. This will be a time mainly spent on reflecting on the work that God has done on outreach, and getting any last minute souvenirs for supporters, if finances allow.
During our time in Russia, we will be working....
-with a village ministry for three weeks about 150 miles outside of Perm. (We will likely work with unreached people during this time, people who have never heard of the gospel before.)
-homeless people.
-a women's ministry.
-with Chainik (This is a ministry of YWAM, they host a gathering once a month for all the youth groups in the area to come to and hear about missions, to my understanding.)
-with Kid's clubs.
-with a cafe ministry.
-with a ministry for international college students.
-in hospitals.
-teaching English.
-in orphanages.
-praticly, doing physical labor.
-in Novgorod, helping to pioneer the YWAM campus there.
-We will do a human traffiking seminar for a local church.
-We will speak to youth groups about missions.
Please keep the team and I in your prayers.
